Business Launchpad is a youth charity based in Tooting that provides dedicated business support to 16-30 year olds living in London.
If you have a strong business background, and are looking for a way to give back, then this might be the programme for you!
Each mentee that signs up has an existing business plan, and they need some expert advice to help make the idea a reality.
We recommend one hourly online session a fortnight, spread over twelve weeks. Each session will have a different objective and action points for your mentee, and we provide the structure and framework for this.
We will help guide you through the twelve weeks. We maintain regular contact with both mentors and mentees, with regular feedback forms, so that the process is smooth and easy.
Mentors and mentees both should be UK residents, or have resided in the UK for the majority of their lives.
Mentors should be over 21, with at least three years of work experience, and no criminal convictions.
Mentees can be anyone over the age of 18 with less than three years of work experience.
This programme is run with support from the British Pakistani Foundation, who are a non-profit organisation based in central London. The British Pakistani Foundation provides a platform to engage, unite, and empower over 1.7 million British Pakistanis in the UK. Founded in 2010, BPF have established inspiring programmes in partnership with local community building organisations, as well as hosting events and workshops to support not only young British Pakistanis but also the BAME community.
